CameraLux Terms and User Agreement
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICETHIS WEBSITE AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE STRICTLY FOR ADULTS ONLY. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AND HAVE REACHED THE LEGAL AGE OF ADULTHOOD IN YOUR AREA TO ACCESS, SIGN UP, OR USE THE CAMERALUX PLATFORM. ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY, CONFLICT, OR DIFFERENCE IN INTERPRETATION BETWEEN TRANSLATED VERSIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE AND REMAIN THE ONLY LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT. By entering, browsing, registering, or using the Platform, you explicitly confirm, declare, and guarantee that you are willingly entering a digital space containing adult-themed content. This may include, but is not limited to, explicit videos and images, live shows, private interactive sessions, chats between users, and user-generated content with sexual or suggestive themes. You also acknowledge that some of this content might be considered offensive, unsuitable, or even illegal in certain areas, and that legal access may be limited or banned by local laws, cultural norms, or authorities. The legal stance on adult content varies greatly by location and may involve restrictions based on age, type of content, distribution, or payment methods. To be clear, it is your sole responsibility to verify whether viewing such content is legal in your area before using the Platform. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform or its contents comply with all local laws for every user. If you find that such content is restricted or illegal in your region, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Continuing to use it means you confirm you have independently checked the legality of your access and accept full responsibility for any legal or other consequences, including civil or criminal penalties. As far as the law allows, the Company disclaims all liability for any illegal, unauthorized, or improper use of the Platform. This includes access by minors, users from restricted regions, or those who bypass technical blocks like VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, or use false identity information. Users understand that attempting to dodge age checks, location blocks, or other controls may breach this Agreement seriously and could lead to instant suspension, account closure, or permanent bans without warning. This section does not limit the Company’s right to take any enforcement actions needed to comply with laws, platform rules, or regulatory demands. 1. Legal Framework and PartiesThis Agreement forms a binding contract between GODAN30 LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under English and Welsh law, with its official address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK (the “Company”), and any person or entity accessing or using the Platform (the “User”). This Agreement governs all use of the Cameralux Platform, covering all websites, apps, APIs, and services run or controlled by the Company. It applies to every interaction, transaction, and activity on the Platform, regardless of device or network used. This Agreement aims to be enforceable globally. Where local mandatory laws apply, they will take precedence only as needed by those laws and will not invalidate the rest of this Agreement. By using the Platform, the User agrees that this contract is made electronically, and this consent is legally binding just like a signed paper contract. Actions like clicking “I agree,” using the site, or continuing to browse count as acceptance. No part of this Agreement limits any rights or obligations that can’t be waived by law. Consumer protections remain intact where applicable. The Company keeps all rights not expressly granted here, including intellectual property and policy enforcement rights. This Agreement overrides any previous agreements or promises about using the Platform. 2. Definitions (Expanded and Reinforced)For clarity and legal strength, these terms apply throughout this Agreement. Interpretations will be broad to maintain legal force and intent. Platform: Cameralux’s digital ecosystem, including all software, hosting, streaming tech, payment systems, databases, and related services managed by the Company. User: Any individual or entity accessing, browsing, signing up for, or using the Platform in any way. Member: A User who consumes or interacts with content or services on the Platform, such as watching streams, chatting, or paying. Performer: A User who creates, uploads, streams, or shares content or services on the Platform, including live or recorded shows and interactive sessions. Content: Any audio, video, images, text, or interactive material available on the Platform, live or recorded, including user-generated stuff. Services: All features and functions offered by the Platform, like streaming, messaging, tipping, subscriptions, and content access. Jurisdiction: The legal area that applies to a User, based on location, residency, IP address, or laws. These definitions apply throughout this Agreement and are not limited unless specifically stated. Ambiguities will be resolved to preserve the Agreement’s enforceability and purpose. 3. Nature of the Platform (Comprehensive Legal Positioning)Cameralux operates purely as a tech service that enables consenting adults to interact. It provides digital tools like hosting, live streaming, communication channels, and payment gateways to facilitate real-time or recorded exchanges between Users. To be clear, the Company does not create, script, edit, or control any User-generated content. All content is independently produced by Users who are responsible for their own material. The Company neither employs nor supervises Performers. Performers are independent and accountable for their actions, content, and legal compliance. No employment or agency relationship exists between the Company and Users. All interactions happen directly between Users. The Company’s role is limited to providing the platform technology and it is not a party to any User interaction. Within legal limits, the Company disclaims responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of User content or services. It offers no guarantees on outcomes like earnings or satisfaction. The Company does not monitor all content live. While moderation and reporting tools may be in place, they do not amount to full oversight or responsibility for User content. This applies to all content types, including live streams, recordings, private chats, and other interactions. 4. Eligibility and User RequirementsOnly individuals who meet all eligibility criteria can use the Platform, and these criteria must be met at all times. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older if local laws require a higher age, and legally allowed to view adult content. Users confirm they access the Platform voluntarily and lawfully, have not been banned or suspended before, and do not try to avoid enforcement actions. Providing false info, like fake age or identity, is a serious breach and may lead to immediate suspension or termination without notice. The Company can verify User eligibility anytime, including ID checks or document requests. Non-compliance can restrict access or close accounts. Eligibility is ongoing, and failure to comply may result in enforcement. The Company is not liable for losses due to such actions taken in good faith. 5. Global Compliance and Jurisdictional Restrictions (Deep Version)Cameralux is a global platform bound by various laws worldwide, so access and features vary by location and legal requirements. Users understand that laws on adult content, online services, data protection, and payments differ widely and may impose age checks, content limits, or data rules. The Company may use geo-blocking, content filters, age verification, and other controls to comply with laws. Access may be blocked or altered based on location data. Trying to bypass these controls with VPNs or proxies may lead to enforcement actions. Below is a general overview of compliance by region:

The Company may keep verification data per privacy laws, including tokens, timestamps, and anonymized info, but not full IDs unless legally required. Verification may be rechecked based on risk or legal changes. The Company is not liable for incorrect or fraudulent verification data provided by Users. 7. Account RegistrationSome Platform features require an account. Users agree to provide correct, complete, and current info when signing up.
