Terms of Agreement for Models

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

YOU HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND OF LEGAL AGE IN YOUR PROVINCE TO ACCESS, REGISTER ON, OR USE THE CAMERALUX PLATFORM. BY LOGGING IN OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU MEET THESE AGE REQUIREMENTS AND ARE LEGALLY ALLOWED TO VIEW, ACCESS, AND ENGAGE WITH ADULT CONTENT IN YOUR AREA.

ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IN CASE OF ANY CONFLICT, DIFFERENCE, OR INTERPRETATION ARISING FROM TRANSLATED VERSIONS, THE ENGLISH TEXT WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE AND BE THE SOLE LEGALLY BINDING VERSION.

By entering, browsing, signing up, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept that you are voluntarily entering a digital space that may contain adult material, including but not limited to explicit videos, live streaming, interactive chat rooms, and other sexually suggestive user-generated content.

You acknowledge that such content might be seen as explicit, offensive, or inappropriate in certain cultural settings or jurisdictions, and it’s your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing this content is legal and acceptable where you live.

If viewing such content is banned, restricted, or illegal where you are, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Keeping access means you confirm you’ve independently checked the legality and accept full responsibility for complying with all relevant laws and rules.

The Platform does not actively verify the legality of access for each user beyond taking reasonable compliance steps. Therefore, all legal risks depending on location remain with the User.

LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND PARTIES

2. PLATFORM NATURE (DETAILED LEGAL POSITION)

The Company does not:

  • Employ Performers;
  • Control performance content;

This difference is important and will be strictly enforced in any disputes, regulatory checks, or legal cases.

Users accept that all exchanges happen at their own risk and discretion.

Liability is limited to payments made in the past 12 months.

This limit applies as far as the law allows.

---

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Company can update these Terms anytime.

Continued use means you accept the new terms.

11. PERFORMER STATUS AND INDEPENDENCE (FULL)

All content providers on Cameralux (the “Performers”) are independent contractors. This is a key term of this Agreement and will be strictly applied in all legal, regulatory, and business contexts.

Nothing here or in behaviour between the parties forms an employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship between Cameralux and any Performer. Performers are not Company employees and have no employee benefits or protections under any law.

Performers agree they:

  • Control how, when, and what they perform;
  • Set their own hours, activity frequency, and style;
  • Use their own equipment and space;
  • Can perform elsewhere or run other businesses, subject to their contracts;
  • Take all business risks for their Platform activities.

The Company doesn’t manage or control Performers’ details. Platform tools are optional and don’t grant control rights.

This clause preserves Performers’ independent contractor status as permitted by law.

---

12. PERFORMER CATEGORIES (A / B / C STRUCTURE – FULL)

For clarity and responsibility, Cameralux groups Performers as:

  • Category A – Independent Model: operates solo on the Platform without Studio management;
  • Category B – Studio: business or person managing one or more Models;
  • Category C – Studio Model: individual under Studio management.

Each category has distinct rights and duties. Where unclear, Company decides based on the relationship facts.

---

13. CATEGORY A – INDEPENDENT MODEL (FULL RESPONSIBILITY)

An Independent Model signs up directly with Cameralux and works without a Studio. They are fully responsible for their Platform activities.

They must:

  • Create, upload, and manage all content;
  • Set prices and services;
  • Communicate with Members and manage interactions;
  • Follow all laws including content, tax, and consumer rules;
  • Keep required records (age proof, consent) where law demands.

The Model warrants they:

  • Are at least 18 and legally able to contract;
  • Act freely and without pressure;
  • Own rights to their content;
  • Won’t engage in banned behaviours.

Financial and Tax Duties:

The Independent Model bears all tax responsibilities on earnings, including:

  • Income tax reporting and payment;
  • VAT or equivalents where relevant;
  • Social or self-employment taxes;
  • Invoice and record-keeping compliance.

Examples of Jurisdictions (non-exhaustive):

  • UK: may be self-employed and must report income to HMRC;
  • EU: VAT obligations depending on thresholds and supply location;
  • Brazil: earnings taxed individually or via MEI-type structures;
  • South Africa: treated as independent contractor for tax purposes.

The Company provides no tax advice and disclaims responsibility for tax compliance.

---

14. CATEGORY B – STUDIO (MANAGEMENT AND LIABILITY)

A Studio is a legal entity or person managing one or more Models, acting as Cameralux's main contact for those Models.

The Studio is fully responsible for:

  • Recruitment, onboarding, and managing Models;
  • Verifying Models’ identity and age;
  • Ensuring Models act voluntarily and legally;
  • Compliance with labour, tax, and regulatory laws;
  • Maintaining required records, including consent and ID docs.

The Studio guarantees:

  • All Models are at least 18 years old;
  • No coercion, exploitation, or trafficking;
  • All consents are properly obtained and documented;
  • Operations comply with all laws.

Liability:

Studio alone is liable for acts or omissions of its Models. Cameralux is not responsible for:

  • Payments from Studio to Models;
  • Disputes between Studio and Models;
  • Studio’s labour law compliance.

Payments:

  • Cameralux pays Studio directly;
  • Studio pays out to Models;
  • Cameralux does not oversee internal payouts.

---

15. CATEGORY C – STUDIO MODEL (DERIVATIVE RELATIONSHIP)

A Studio Model works under Studio control or supervision. They acknowledge:

  • Main contract is with Studio, not Cameralux;
  • Cameralux is not employer, agent, or guarantor;
  • Payment and contract matters are handled with Studio.

The Studio Model remains responsible for following Platform rules and laws.

---

16. CONTENT WARRANTIES AND CONSENT (STRICT)

All Performers guarantee that:

  • All content is created with full, informed, voluntary consent;
  • No content involves minors;
  • No coercion, force, or exploitation;
  • All participants are legally able to consent;
  • Content complies with laws and regulations.

Performers keep verifiable consent records and provide them on reasonable request by Company or authorities.

Failing this leads to immediate termination and possible legal reporting.

---

Performers keep ownership of their content. By uploading or streaming, they grant Cameralux a:

  • Non-exclusive;
  • Worldwide;
  • Royalty-free;
  • Transferable license to service providers needed for Platform operation.

This license lets Cameralux:

  • Host, store, and transmit content;
  • Show and stream content to Members;
  • Use content for promotion and operation.

This license is only for running and promoting the Platform, not transferring ownership.

Moral rights are respected per EU law, and cannot be waived where forbidden.

---

18. CONTENT MODERATION AND PLATFORM RIGHTS

Cameralux may, but is not required to, review, remove, restrict, or block content violating this Agreement or laws.

Such steps may be done without notice to protect:

  • Users;
  • Platform integrity;
  • Legal compliance.

No general monitoring beyond legal requirements is undertaken.

---

19. PERFORMER EARNINGS AND PAYMENTS

Performers earn from Members’ payments for services. Earnings vary based on demand, pricing, and user activity.

Performers accept that:

  • Income is not guaranteed;
  • Payment timing can vary;
  • Third-party providers may affect processing.

Cameralux does not guarantee minimum earnings.

---

20. FRAUD AND PLATFORM PROTECTION

The Platform enforces strong anti-fraud measures. Banned conduct includes:

  • Artificially inflating traffic or income;
  • Using bots or automation;
  • Manipulating payments;
  • Collusion.

Violations may lead to suspension, termination, and financial recovery.

---

21. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

  • Violating this Agreement;
  • Fraud or abuse;
  • Legal or regulatory risk.

  • Lost earnings;
  • Business disruptions;
  • Third-party disputes.

Nothing excludes liability where laws forbid it.

---

24. FINAL PERFORMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using the Platform, Performers agree that:

  • They work independently;
  • They accept full legal responsibility;
  • They understand risks of digital platform activity.

This Agreement is the full understanding between Performer and Cameralux on Platform use.

25. PAYMENT SYSTEM AND DIGITAL TOKENS (FULL)

Cameralux uses a closed-loop digital token system to securely handle transactions between Members and Performers worldwide.

Members don’t buy content directly; they buy digital tokens from approved payment providers, which are then used to access Performers’ services.

Tokens aren’t legal tender, electronic money, stored value, or financial instruments. They represent a limited, non-transferable right to access digital services on the Platform.

Tokens have no value outside Cameralux and can’t be cashed out by Members.

The Company can adjust the token system, prices, or exchange rates anytime, as long as it doesn’t affect tokens already bought.

---

26. PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND REGULATORY STRUCTURE

Cameralux partners with various third-party payment providers for global reach and regulatory compliance.

Providers include but aren’t limited to:

  • CCBill: global card processing, subscriptions, and adult industry compliance;
  • PayGarden: alternative payments like gift cards;
  • CoinPayments: crypto and blockchain payments;
  • PayFast and Ozow: South African payment systems including EFT and local options.

Each provider operates independently with its own regulations:

Cameralux is dedicated to a secure, compliant, and responsible digital space enabling lawful adult interactions worldwide. The Company continuously updates policies, systems, and practices to stay aligned with legal, industry, and tech changes.

Through strong compliance tools like age checks, fraud prevention, data protection, and payment security, Cameralux builds trust, transparency, and integrity.

The Company clearly separates its role as tech provider from Users’ and Performers’ independent activities. This clarity ensures legal precision, operational efficiency, and proper responsibility allocation.

Users and Performers are expected to act in good faith, obey laws, and follow this Agreement’s principles. Abuse or violations undermine the Platform’s integrity and may lead to enforcement actions.

By continuing to use Cameralux, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement fully, including all policies, limits, and duties.

This Agreement is the entire, exclusive contract governing your Platform use and replaces all previous agreements or understandings, written or verbal.

If any part is invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted as far as possible under law, with the rest remaining effective.
