ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IF ANY TRANSLATION DISAGREEMENTS OCCUR, THE ENGLISH VERSION TAKES PRIORITY.

Gold Show Policy (Prepaid Group Sessions – Expanded Guidelines)

A Gold Show is a prepaid, time-limited group performance hosted by an independent Model on the Cameralux platform. Gold Shows let multiple participants pool tokens or tokens to enjoy a shared live experience.

Cameralux functions purely as a tech platform and has no direct control over Models’ content, performances, or behaviour.

1. What Are Gold Shows?

  • Entertainment-focused and heavily subjective
  • Models operate as independent contractors
  • No promises of specific actions or results
  • User enjoyment varies by personal taste

Your personal disappointment doesn’t qualify for refunds.

2. Show Details

  • Performance outline (for guidance only)
  • Overall funding target
  • Minimum contribution required
  • Duration and countdown timer

Models maintain full authority over how the show runs.

3. Before the Show

  • Users can pledge contributions
  • No obligation for Models to perform before start

If the target isn’t met, the Model can cancel → full refunds given.

4. Show Start and Access

  • Only paying users get access
  • Participation happens in a group setting

5. Late Entry Rules

  • Full price applies no matter when you join
  • No partial fees or discounts
  • No refunds for joining late

6. Connection Interruptions

  • Rejoining allowed if possible
  • No refunds for user-side technical problems
  • Platform glitches may be considered for refunds

7. Tips

  • Optional and at your discretion
  • No pressure to tip
  • Tips are non-refundable under any circumstances

8. Leaving Early

  • Leaving before the end → no refund
  • Model ending early → possible refund review

9. Gold Show Refund Policy (Integrated)

Gold Shows are prepaid, live digital events. Once started, the service is deemed consumed.

Basic Rule

  • Payments are final once access is granted
  • Refunds only for clear, verifiable issues
  • Personal dissatisfaction doesn’t count

Full Refunds

  • Show cancelled before it begins → 100% refund

Partial Refunds

  • Significant early shutdown
  • Technical faults on platform’s side

Refund amounts may be proportional to unused time.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Joining late
  • Leaving early
  • Device or internet issues on user’s side
  • Disappointment with the performance
  • Tips and extra payments

Technical Problems

  • Server issues → eligible for refund
  • User-side problems → not eligible

Local Law Variations

EU / UK:

  • User agrees to immediate service delivery
  • Withdrawal rights waived once show starts

Brazil:

  • Right to cancel only valid before show begins

South Africa:

  • Refunds only for technical or billing errors

10. Content Disclaimer

  • Show descriptions are approximate
  • Models keep full creative control
  • No guaranteed acts or outcomes

11. Recorded Content

All purchases of recorded shows are final and non-refundable.

12. Fraud and Abuse

  • Repeated refund misuse
  • Chargebacks after participating
  • Manipulating the system

Consequences include:

  • Account suspension or closure
  • Permanent bans
  • Recovery of losses

13. Chargebacks

  • Contact Cameralux before disputing charges
  • Chargebacks may result in suspension
  • User responsible for any fees

14. Consumer Rights

Local laws apply where relevant.

15. Liability Limits

  • No liability for Models’ actions
  • No liability for user dissatisfaction
  • No liability for external tech issues

Maximum liability capped at amount paid.

By joining a Gold Show, you agree to these terms.
