Model Guidelines for Confidentiality, Transactions and Streaming

1. PLATFORM ROLE & LEGAL STATUS

CameraLux functions as a worldwide tech platform that empowers independent adult content creators (“Models”) to stream live shows to consenting viewers.

CameraLux does not create, direct, or control any content.
All content is produced by independent third-party Models.
Models operate as independent contractors, not employees or representatives of CameraLux.
CameraLux acts as a neutral hosting service provider in line with applicable South African laws.

2. AGE VERIFICATION & ADULT ACCESS

All Models must be 18 years or older and pass thorough identity checks.
Verification steps include:
- Official government ID
- Facial recognition and proof of liveness
- Ongoing compliance monitoring
Users must confirm they are 18+ or legally adult in their locale.

CameraLux reserves the right to:

Request extra verification whenever necessary
Restrict or block access based on geographic or legal rules

3. GENERAL CONDUCT – PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

3.1 Privacy & Security

Models must never share personal contact details like phone numbers, emails, social handles, or addresses.
Promotion or linking to external sites or services not linked to CameraLux is forbidden.
Models are not allowed to organise or accept face-to-face meetups with viewers.
Soliciting sex work, escort services, or any offline arrangements is strictly banned.
Use, display, or promotion of illegal substances or streaming while visibly intoxicated is prohibited.

3.2 Off-Site Payments – Absolutely Forbidden

Models must not ask for or accept payments outside of CameraLux, including:

PIX
PayPal
CashApp
Western Union
Gift vouchers
Bank transfers
Any third-party or alternative payment methods

Breaking these rules will lead to immediate penalties, such as:

Permanent account suspension
Confiscation of all earnings and tokens

4. ON-CAMERA BEHAVIOUR & BROADCAST RULES

Models may only stream from one account at a time. Sharing or reusing accounts is forbidden.
The registered account owner must be clearly visible on camera throughout the broadcast.
All broadcasts must be 100% live. No pre-recorded, looped or simulated live streams allowed.
Microphones must stay turned on and unmuted during streams.

⚠️ CamScore & Performance Tracking

CameraLux uses ranking and visibility tools (like CamScore) to measure performance.
Non-compliance with platform standards (sound, activity, engagement) can cause:
- Lower visibility
- Dropped ranking
- Reduced earning chances
Models must use correct tags and categories. Misleading tags risk penalties.
Public streams must be paused before starting any Private or Exclusive shows.
“BRB”, “Starting Soon”, or idle screens are strictly banned.
Only approved and verified persons linked to the account may appear on camera.
Presence of unauthorised individuals is forbidden and may lead to instant suspension.
CameraLux may request real-time face verification at any point. Refusal will interrupt the broadcast and may cause penalties.
Profile pictures and cover photos must not show explicit nudity. Sensitive areas should be covered.

5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & EARNINGS

Models must register and manage a personal account. Sharing or transferring accounts is not allowed.
Earnings are subject to a 180-day rolling reserve, including protection against chargebacks.
Prices for private or exclusive shows can be changed at any time.
Models are responsible for maintaining consistent, professional, and rule-abiding activity.

CameraLux reserves the right to:

Suspend or deactivate accounts that are:
- Inactive
- Unreliable
- Commercially unviable
Models can block users who harass or misbehave.

6. ADDITIONAL PROHIBITIONS

Strictly banned activities include:

Hateful, abusive, or misleading usernames
Any references to minors, terrorism, incest, or rival platforms
Harassment, scams, or abusive behaviour
Failing to deliver promised acts after payment

⚠️ Platform Exceptions

Only platform-approved features (like Epic Goals) are allowed as formal fundraising tools.
Revenue sharing or payments outside the platform
Advertising or linking to:
- Competing webcam sites
- Subscription or content-selling sites
- Personal payment services
- Unauthorised fundraising platforms
Wearing clothes showing competitor branding or other adult sites
Spamming, QR codes, or manipulative tactics

⚠️ Fraud & Cheating

Use of bots, fake traffic, or artificial engagement is forbidden.
Faking interactive devices (e.g., fake tip-reactive toys) counts as fraud.
Any attempt to manipulate rankings, CamScore, or user behaviour will be penalised.
Advertising in other models’ chat rooms
Sharing referral links or encouraging re-registration
Trying to imitate the platform’s UI or disrupt features

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Models must immediately report any suspicious or banned activity.
Failing to report known breaches may lead to enforcement action.

8. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOUR (WORLDWIDE)

Strictly banned everywhere:

All content involving minors (real or fake)
Non-consensual or forced acts
Incest or family-roleplay
Bestiality
Violence or exploitation
Sleeping, unconsciousness, or drugged acting
Selling physical goods or personal belongings
Showing weapons or realistic replicas

9. SOUTH AFRICA COMPLIANCE

CameraLux complies with POPIA and related laws:

Strict identity verification
Secure record keeping
Custodian of records available on legal request

Additional measures:

Age verification aligned with South African regulations
Geo-restrictions applied where required

10. UNITED KINGDOM COMPLIANCE

Aligned with the Online Safety Act 2023:

Robust age verification systems
Blocking minor access
Swift removal of illegal content
Risk management and reporting processes

11. EUROPEAN UNION COMPLIANCE

CameraLux meets the Digital Services Act standards:

Notice-and-action procedures
Transparent moderation
Cooperation with regulators

Data protection:

User rights (access, deletion)

12. BRAZIL COMPLIANCE

Obligations:

13. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

13.1 Platform Limits

CameraLux:

Is not liable for Models’ or users’ actions
Acts as a neutral intermediary

13.2 No Guarantees

Services are provided:

No promises on:

Availability
Accuracy
Reliability

13.3 User Responsibility

Users and Models:

Are fully responsible for their conduct
Must obey all laws
Take on all risks involved

14. ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES

Violations may lead to:

Instant broadcast cut-off
Temporary suspension
Permanent ban from the platform
Confiscation of earnings and tokens

CameraLux may:

Remove content without prior notice
Immediately deactivate accounts
Reject or block users breaking rules

Repeated offences or multiple complaints will lead to permanent expulsion from CameraLux.
